A former Knox County Sheriff’s Office deputy has plead guilty to stealing over $500,000 from an elderly couple.
According to RichlandSource.com, Danial Bobo, 51, is expected to spend 90 days in jail, after he was sentenced late last month.
Bobo, a former sergeant with the Sheriff’s office, resigned in the fall of 2021, which was over a year before being indicted by a Knox County Grand Jury. His wife was also indicted in the case for misuse of credit cards and telecommunication fraud.
