The Water Main Initiative in Mansfield will be back on the ballot next year.

According to RichlandSource.com, City Council voted Tuesday, 6-2, to place the 0.25% income tax on the March 19th ballot.

This comes just a few weeks, after Council voted, to not place it on the spring ballot.

Businessman, Rick Taylor, was among a group of people that spoke to Council, and urged them to put it back on the ballot.

The Water Main Initiative was voted down in November, which would cost someone making $40,000 per year, around $100 annually.
