TYgers Roar: Mansfield Sr Wins OCC Title, Coach Bradley's 100th Victory

Mansfield Senior clinched the outright Ohio Cardinal Conference Championship on Friday, as the beat crosstown rival Madison, 34-0 at Arlin field. It's the first outright league crown for Senior since 2013. They last shared the title back in 2017.

Mansfield Senior's defense has not allowed a point in 11 straight quarters and held Madison to just 130 yard of offense.

On Offense, the Tygers racked up 337 yards and saw Nate Dismuke, junior wide receiver, have a big game with 137 yards receiving, which included 2 TDs. Dismuke, also had a great interception inside the 5 yard line on defense. Elias "LaLa" Owens forced a fumble, which led to a Senior High scoop and score by DaJohn Corbin from 23 yards out. The win, #100 for head coach Chioke Bradley, who is in his 14th year. The Tyger end the regular season on a 7 game win streak with an overall mark of 8-2. Senior High will open the playoffs at home on Friday, Oct 27th vs TBA.
