LISTEN: As Madison Superintendent Shares Details of Levy On Nov 7th Ballot

Madison Superintendent, Rob Peterson, stopped by WMAN to share important information ahead of the November 7th election. The Madison school district has a 5 year, 7.5 mills operating levy on the ballot. Peterson said, the district would have to make cuts of $4 million prior to next year if the levy fails. He went on to say there would also be staff cuts of 47, 27 of them teachers, a pay to play fee for sports and other clubs and bussing would be impacted too.
