A plan to build 15 duplexes on the north side of Mansfield has been given the green light by the Mansfield Planning Commission.
RichlandSource.com reports, Jerry Holden, who leads the Holden Property Group and Wigton Construction, is going to build on the 10 acres he owns north of Walker Lake Road. The land is adjacent to property owned by the Ohio State University at Mansfield.
Holden, who knows there is a need for housing in Richland County, said, he wanted to get the blessing first and plans to move dirt quickly.
