Madison Fire Department To Receive $13,000 In Grants

$13,000 in grants is headed to the Madison Fire Department, which will help them purchase some new equipment. According to RichlandSource.com, the funds will be used to buy thermal imaging cameras and new turnout gear.

The dollars for the equipment came from TC Energy, Firelands Electric and the State of Ohio.  The thermal cameras will help firefighters see through smoke and monitor a fire.
