Mansfield mayor, Tim Theaker, is giving one final warning to the owners of the West Park Shopping Center on Park Ave West.
According to RichlandSource.com, the Mansfield Planning Commission ordered the demolition be complete by July 14th, but no work has started, or even yet been scheduled.
Mansfield condemned the property last fall and there has been no contact from the company in the last month. Theaker said, it is time for Mansfield’s legal department to send one final letter, ordering to tear it down or Mansfield will do it, and then assess the demolition cost to the company.
