Businessman Buys Unfinished Ontario Church Property, Plans For Office Space

An unfinished church property in Ontario, which has sat vacant and been on the market for close to 15 years, has been sold to a local businessman.

RichlandSource.com reports, Dan Niss, president of Charter Next Generation and owner of the Westbrook Country Club in Mansfield, has purchased the 43,000 square foot, 17 acre property on Park Ave West.  Niss said, right now he doesn’t have specific plans for the property, but says contractors will get it cleaned up and is thinking technology driven office space.
