Ashland City Council Gives OK For Pump House Hotel Project

In Ashland, City Council has approved the purchase agreement with a Columbus company, Moment Development, who is going to build a 70 room boutique hotel in the former Pump House office building, located on Orange Street. 

Mayor Matt Miller said, once complete, it would be the premiere hotel in Ashland. The company, which offered to buy and renovate the building, is the same company that is working on hotel and restaurant development in Ontario.
