Ontario Planning Commission Hears Proposal For New Restaurant

The Ontario Planning Commission heard a proposal for a new restaurant earlier this week.

Culver’s, a restaurant chain, known for their burgers, frozen custard and fresh cheese curds, would like to build across from Meijer, and beside the Bell store location, in the wooded area, on Lexington-Springmill road.

The Planning Commission has forwarded that request onto City Council for their approval, according to RichlandSource.com.

There is not an exact timeline for the project, but Mayor Randy Hutchinson said construction will take about 4 months or so. Culver’s is based out of Wisconsin and was started back in the mid 1980’s. There are close to 900 locations, in more than 25 states, across the country.
