Mansfield Board of Control Approves $745,000 In Projects, Paving to Sewer

The Mansfield Board of Control this week approved several contracts for upcoming projects, which together totaled more than $745,000 Dollars.

Two of the biggest contracts awarded were for storm sewer work and paving of a free parking lot downtown..

The storm sewer project is in the Linden Road and West 3rd street area with the cost of nearly $380,000, which will see to company from Perrysville handle the work.

Repaving work for 29 free parking spaces in the First English Lutheran Church lot along Park Ave West and Mulberry Street  went to a Crestline company for $133,000. Paving is expected to be done this summer, while the sewer project hopes to be complete before school starts up in late August or September.
