Mansfield City Council this week passed its 2022 budget, but one member of council said he was “very nervous.
RichlandSource.com reports Alomar Davenport, who represents Mansfield’s 4th Ward, said it’s no one’s fault, administration or departments, but the rising inflation and gas prices is not something you can plan for back in October.
With things being tight, Davenport mentioning using American Rescue Plan funds this year if needed and if allowed by the current rules.
