Grand Jury Finds Former Mansfield Police Officer Used Justifiable Force

A Grand Jury in Richland County has found a former Mansfield Police officer used justifiable force during a shooting incident last summer.

RichlandSource.com reports, Officer Jordan Moore, who resigned from the Mansfield PD back in August, was found to have used justifiable force during a June 16thshooting incident, where a man from Columbus was fleeing Mansfield Police and was seen grabbing his gun and began pointing it at Moore. The officer then fired 3 shots. The man was taken to the hospital for treatment.
