Sports betting looks like it's coming to the state of Ohio.

The Ohio Senate and House have approved the bill, which is expected to be signed by Governor Mike DeWine as early as this week.

State Senator Mark Romanchuk, who represents the 22nd District, which includes Richland and Ashland Counties, said this would allow sports betting to take place online from your phone, about 40 buildings across the state and kiosks in bars and restaurants. Licenses will be needed and everything should be up and running by sometime next year.
