In Ashland County, Prosecutor Chris Tunnell is asking for more money in his budget next year because of the heavy workload his office has seen this year.
According to RichlandSource.com, Tunnell said Ashland County is on track to file the most felony cases in a single year. He went on to say that Ashland is likely to experience it’s most overdose deaths in a year, due to fentanyl.
Tunnell’s budget request to the County Commissioners was just over $930,000 dollars.
