Refinancing Move By Ashland Schools To Save Taxpayers Money

The Ashland City Schools have refinanced a bond from 2013, which is good news for tax payers in the district that their bill will go down.

According to RichlandSource.com, it’s actually known as refunding for the $27 million dollar construction project for the Ashland Middle Schools and Reagan Elementary.

The district’s new interest rate is 2.26%, which is down from the old rate of 3.8%.
