The Richland County Land Bank has approved a contract, which according to RichlandSource.com, could lead to the renovation or demolition of the former Westinghouse Property.

The building, which is 5 stories high and closed in the early 1990’s has been vandalized and has been decaying.

The deal would see environmental testing at the site on Fifth Ave, which would cost just over $16,000 dollars.
