The Ohio Supreme Court yesterday unanimously upheld the conviction and death sentence of Shawn Grate. Ashland County Prosecutor Chris Tunnell said our thoughts are with the victims and their families and hopes the decision aids in giving them peace.
Grate last year was sentenced in the death of two Ashland County women. Grate could appeal to the US Supreme Court.
