The Richland County Sheriff's Office says two teens stole a garbage truck over the weekend, which was later located down in Licking County. According to the Sheriff's report, the garbage truck was taken from Rumpke on Stiving road on Saturday night just after 10 pm. The teens, 14 and 16 years old, were able to gain access to the vehicle through an unlock door. No further information has been released.
