Highway Patrol To Monitor Work Zones From Air Due To High Number Of Crashes

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says troopers will be monitoring motorists in work zones from the air. The Patrol says they are doing this after over 2,300 work zone crashes in the state in 2020, that even though there has been less traffic on Ohio roadways due to the pandemic.

The patrol will watch for speeding, tailgating and distracted driving.
