Ashland City Council Approves First Step Of Main Street Plaza

Ashland City Council has approved a near $60,000 contract for design services with Simonson construction for what is proposed as "The Main Street Plaza."

RichlandSource.com reports, the public gathering space would be located near the former Napa Auto Parts store along Main Street and feature a covered stage, court yard, bronze statues and a splash pad.

Mayor Matt Miller hopes the project could possibly be done by the fall.
