After 20 years the Visiting Nurse association of Ohio has closed its Mansfield office. According to Richland Source, a letter from the organization stated that although they have closed this location, they will continue to service Wayne and Ashland counties among others in the region and the reason for the Mansfield closure is due to its client base shrinking. The organization is going to focus on its core services in Cleveland. VNA will continue to provide care for its remaining patients through early March, after which patients who still need care at that point will be transferred to other home health agencies.
