The Ashland School Board this week approved a continuing contract for the president of the Ashland City Teacher Association. RichlandSource.com reports the board voted 4-0 in favor of the new contract for Melissa Baker, who has spent the last 3 years as president and has been in teacher for the Ashland School District for more than 15 years
