Mansfield City Council this week voted to turn Mulberry Street, from one way, into two way traffic. This will happen from 2nd street to 5th street at a cost of $120,000. Councilman Cliff Mears says the change will be made in the next couple of weeks. Mulberry will turn into 3 lanes, 2 south bound and 1 north bound.
