The identity of the man, who drowned while moving manure into a holding pit, just north of Loudonville back on Nov. 16th, has been released. RichlandSource.com reports, 22 year old Juan Hernandez lived at the farm on County Road 175, where the incident took place. Hernandez is from Mexico and was a permanent resident. Hernandez is believed to be operating a skid loader and lost control of the machine.
