A 16 year old student from Mansfield will spend the next month in the Dominican Republic, after earning a scholarship. RichlandSource.com reports, St. Peter’s Eden Stanfield will be living with a family in the Dominican Republic from June 10 to July 8th, and learning the language and culture. She received the scholarship from the Council of International Educational Exchange. The scholarship covers all expenses for the trip, outside of the airfare. Eden Stanfield is a sophomore at Mansfield St. Peter’s.
