NEIGHBORHOOD IMMUNIZATIONS CLINICS RICHLAND COUNTY

Infants, children and adults can get the shots they need at our Neighborhood Immunization Clinics staffed by public health nurses from Richland Public Health. Children must be accompanied by an adult/guardian and need an up-to-date shot record and insurance card at time of service. Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care, Anthem and Medical Mutual cards are accepted. No child is denied vaccines due to inability to pay (donations are accepted). Cost of most children’s vaccines is $28 and then $15 for each additional dose. Pricing for adult vaccine varies.

Wednesday, June 6 - Mifflin Township Fire Station (2326 Park Ave. East, Mansfield) 1:30pm – 3:30pm Wednesday, June 13 - City of Shelby City Hall (with the City of Shelby Health Department) (43 W. Main St., Shelby) 10am to Noon and 2pm to 4pm
Wednesday, June 20 - Shiloh Village Hall (13 W. Main St., Shiloh) 9:30am – Noon
Wednesday, June 20 - Plymouth Library (29 W. Broadway, Plymouth) 1:30pm – 3:30pm
Wednesday, June 27 - Springfield Township Fire Station (3700 Park Ave. West, Ontario) 10am – Noon
Wednesday, June 27 - New Community Temple Church (338 Harker Street, Mansfield) 1:30pm – 3:30pm Wednesdays in June 6, 13, 20, and 27 – Evening Clinic – Open until 6pm.
