Dayspring Assisted Living Facility officials were thrilled with the passage of its 0.8 mill tax renewal this week. Dayspring executive director Michelle Swank told RichlandSource.com that on behalf of Dayspring, she wants to thank the voters of Richland County. 73% of voters said yes to the 5 year renewal, which is over 70% of Daysprings operating money.
