Mansfield Police Arrest 18 year old Cleveland Male

Mansfield Police arrested an 18 year old male from Cleveland on Monday morning. RichlandSource.com reports that Charles Burns was taken into custody for receiving stolen property and was one of three cars who led Police on a pursuit, after the MPD notice one car did not have its headlights on.  Mansfield Police were able to slow the cars down with spike sticks to flatten the cars’ tires.  Burns was arrested after a foot chase with Mansfield Police around 2:30 a.m. Mansfield Police are still looking for the other suspects.
