Bellville Mayor Appoints Burkhart to Village Council

JJ Burkhart has been sworn in as the 4th member of Bellville Village Council.  RichlandSource.com reports Bellville mayor Terry Brenkus appointed Burkhart to fill the vacant seat on council, after only 3 people ran for council last fall with four open seats.  Council could not decide on a candidate, so that left the mayor to name Burkhart to the vacant seat. Burkhart has been attending council meetings for the last six months.
