The Mansfield Police department has announced its top cops for this past year. Officers Joseph Gladden, Nicole Gearhart, Ryan Grimshaw and James Mark Perry, along with Sargent Patrick Williams and Lt. Mike Napier were honored for their outstanding performance. The Mansfield Police Detective of the year went to William Bushong and Civilian of the year went to Anthony Tambasco in the Forensic Science Lab.
