The city of Ontario is considering changing to monthly water bills. Right now, Ontario does quarterly bills for water and sewer but is discussing the change due to several requests made by residents. Ontario Service Safety Director Jeff Wilson told RichlandSource.com that getting a bill quarterly can be a “sticker shocker” compared to getting a monthly bill. Wilson said this is about making it more affordable to people, after the rates were recently raised. The possible change could come as early as April.
