All area youth are invited to attend the Shelby First Lutheran Church’s annual Trunk-or-Treat Halloween party on Saturday, Oct. 28th. This annual event will be held in the First Lutheran Church of Shelby’s parking lot, 33 Broadway in downtown Shelby, immediately following the Shelby Halloween parade on that same day, from approximately 2pm – 3:30pm. This is a free, non-scary event.
