Newer Fleet of Buses For Mansfield City Schools

Mansfield City Schools believes that thanks to a new fuel purchasing system and software programs, it will save tax dollars and time for its fleet of buses. Over the last two years, the district bought 10 new, 71 passenger seat buses. Each bus cost around $83,000 and the district thinks it now has the newest fleet in the county. Each day, the 30 routes for the Mansfield City Schools cover’s about 1,800 miles. Plus, the district buses travel up to 35,000 miles to sporting events and field trips.
