Crawford County Commissioners Receive $100,000 Grant to Clean up Abandoned Gas Stations

The Crawford County Commissioners have received a $100,000 grant from the State of Ohio to clean up the former AP Gas Station located at 501 East Mansfield Street in Bucyrus.  We’re funding local initiatives to transform blighted, high traffic corners into viable sites for development," said David Goodman, director of the Ohio Development Services Agency. “We’re making what’s old, new again.”

Bucyrus was one of 4 communities that was selected to receive money to clean up abandoned gas stations . The State awarded over $700,000 in total to clean up the sites.
